Terms of use

Last updated 24 October 2026

By playing Nudgeheads you agree to these terms. They are short, we promise.

Playing the game

Nudgeheads is free to play. You can play without an account, or sign in with Google to keep your progress.

Play fair

Sabotage inside the game is the whole point. Outside it, please don't cheat, interfere with the game or its servers, or use names or photos that are offensive or that you don't have the right to use. We may remove accounts that do.

Your data

How we handle your information is explained in our privacy policy.

The game itself

Nudgeheads, its characters, art and code belong to Bethan Dutton. The game is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs, and we may change or stop it at any time.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using the game. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
